Enroll in a Safety First Boating
School class, and get the N.J. Boating Safety
Certificate required by
law.
The price is $65 per person. You can register for one full-day course or two half-time classes held
the same week. Choose a time and location
to fit your calendar and then register.

Safety First Boating School classes teach you the safety
procedures that will make you a boater who knows what to do in any
situation. You'll go to sea with your state-required Boating Safety
certificate and your confidence in your knowledge of the boater's
"Rules of the Road." State laws and federal requirements are
covered, as well as:
• Accidents
• Aids to Navigation
• Anchoring
• BWI
• Equipment |
• Fueling
• Navigation Lights
• Personal Watercraft
• Trailering
• Other related Boating Safety topics including VHF
(radio) usage. |
Course text materials will be provided. One of
our USCG-licensed captains will teach the
class.
